 That is the way you need to look at selling your home.  It is a business venture.  When you enter the market to sell your home…you are in business.  You are in the business of selling your home.  And the person you choose should be a worthy business partner.

 There are two types of agents.  Use good judgement and choose wisely...

Salesperson – agent who puts a sign in the yard, puts your home on the MRIS, shows the home a few times, and hopes…

 Marketing Strategist – an agent who is a good salesperson but also understands high-impact advertising, uses marketing technology, and aggressively markets your property to generate inquiries.  With more inquiries, you increase the odds of selling your home exponentially. 

There are only so many buyers out there who are ready and able to purchase a home.  So, if you want your home sold, you need good marketing, and an agent who works to get your home sold!
